LIABILITY WAIVER

All participants must agree to the following liability waiver before booking a lesson. You can check the required box when booking your lesson, or print and fill out this form before coming. If anyone in your party is not booking online (IE someone is coming along with you/will be around the horses but is not doing a lesson), please print and fill out this form.
